GFa is the leader in high-end real estate in Mexico, with 40 years of experience developing commercial, residential, institutional and resort properties in Mexico City, Acapulco, Baja California, Cancún, Cuernavaca and Guadalajara.  The Delcanto Private Residence Club in Puerto Vallarta is one of its resorts under development.

Together ALHEL and GFa have formed Inmobiliaria Cabo Ballena, a partnership based on the most trusted and experienced names in luxury real estate.  Punta Ballena's sales representative Snell Real Estate is the largest brokerage in the Baja and represents the most exclusive properties in the area.
